Monstera Leaves Are Brown. Brown spots on the underside of leaves indicate red spider mites. Feel deep into the soil every few days and allow the roots to dry completely before your next watering.
Cut out dead roots without disturbing the root ball too much. Monstera enjoy bright indirect light similar to what they receive in their native habitat. As previously mentioned guttation is not necessarily bad but merely a natural process of life like sweating so unless your stems are getting mushy or big healthy leaves turn yellow brown or black your plant is most likely fine.
