Too much direct light in warmer months may burn the foliage. It doesnt need a great deal of light to thrive. I like to say that if you can read a book in the room of your house without a light on for at least 6 hours a day you should be good.
Turn the plant one-quarter to the left every 10 to 14 days to prevent the leaves from growing unevenly in a single direction toward the light.
Monstera Plant requires water on well-drained soil. Direct sunlight and too much exposure on bright light on the other hand may cause sunburn on leaves WATER. Avoid placing the plant in direct sunlight for long durations. However it can tolerate low to medium light thus it can grow anywhere inside the house or office.
