Droopy New Monstera Leaf. Whether you want to recycle your Monstera cuttings or you simply want to create a new plant know that the Monstera thanks to its aerial roots is one of the easiest plants to propagat. Due to their size and weight Monstera are a naturally pretty droopy plants especially the older leaves.
Meanwhile my friend has a baby Monstera that is growing so fast. As Monstera deliciosa ages the new leaves will have more and more fenestrations holes and slits among the leaves. Keep in mind that after a leaf develops it will not change.
The first two leaves are perfect.
If your Monstera looks droopy or the leaves are wilting this could be one of two things overwatering or under-watering. In this particualr instance I went with the second option. This year only two both of which have not unfurled. As long as the leaves are not discolored then they are fine.
