Droopy Monstera Leaf. Hello All I just picked up this beautiful Monstera last week from a local greenhouse and repotted it. If your plant looked great yesterday but today looks sad and limp dont be alarmed.
Whilst its always worth checking for pests and other problems dont worry too much about the odd leaf drooping or falling off. Leaves are the first to get affected due to the bad health of plants from within. Probably the most common reason your Monstera leaves are turning yellow is from the soil being too dry.
As discussed in the section on Monstera leaf curl root damage can make your Monstera appear dried out and sad.
Occasionally my Monstera starts to droop letting me know it is extra thirsty and I water accordingly. Identifying the problem is the most important step to nursing your plant back to health. Crossposted from rplantclinic. We moved it about a foot to the right for a few months away from the window b.
